It is the opposite of the role assigned to you as a lawyer. So read them carefully and do not rely on them.

2- After reading the referral order and the list of evidence, read the technical reports attached to the papers, such as reports on sample analysis, call transcripts, conversations, cameras, forensic reports, or any other technical reports depending on the type of crime.

3- Then read the investigation reports and the Public Prosecution’s permission – in investigation and permission cases – and the seizure and inspection report.

4- Then arrange the rest of the papers and investigations according to the chronological sequence of events so that you read the oldest paper, documents, or investigations and then the most recent according to their dates.

8- Compare the revision of the incident officer and the prosecution witnesses of the events with the deposition of the accused and the defense witnesses – if any – of the events and monitor the areas of difference or contradiction between the two depositions.

9- Look for any mistake or contradiction that the incident officer or the prosecution witnesses made with premeditation. If the incident officer did not make such a mistake or contradiction, ask the court to summon him to question him about the circumstances of the incident and its conditions and prepare your questions to him well to show evidence of denial or to find and create it in his words.
